Why study this specialization?
The specialization Crisis Manager / Risk Manager orients the student in the data obtained on the basis of financial analysis, especially financial statements and other accounting information of business corporations. The student has the opportunity to get acquainted with risk management and their evaluation in the internal audit.
The specialization will enable the student to obtain basic information in an effort to revitalize vulnerable companies, address their entry into insolvency proceedings and understand the accounting and tax specifics of this demanding process. If the business corporation does not succeed in its dissolution with a legal successor, the student will know the basic procedures of liquidation of the company, from a legal, accounting and tax point of view.
The specialization is taught only in the Czech language.
