Our first-year HOE students recently participated in an exclusive hospitality workshop at L’Fleur Bar, one of Prague’s finest establishments. Under the guidance of our alumni Ege Ilgüz and Veronika Vybíralíková, students practiced champagne sabrage, cocktail preparation, and gained hands-on experience in luxury service.
