Last week, professor Çağıl Hale ÖZEL from the Faculty of Tourism, Anadolu University, Turkey, visited us as part of Erasmus Teaching Mobility. She taught our students in Marketing, Gastronomy Culinary and Wine-Sommelier modules. A mutual exchange of knowledge and experiences was finished with a lovely lunch.
