The Marketing Management Matrix project brought Mr. Zdenek Kříž, an entrepreneur,
co-founder and today the sole owner of the travel agency Siam Travel, to a meeting with the students of the
International Management and Marketing program on 10/11/2022. Zdeněk Kříž
in the topic Management and marketing of a travel agency product in turbulent times focused on
international economic, political and legislative contexts of business, trends
consumer demand and methods of product communication, which in the case of Siam
br/>Travel, in addition to distant (and exotic) destinations, a number of European stays. The students had the chance
to learn about the experience of an expert who has been doing business successfully in an international environment for almost thirty years, and who has been working for a long time in the position of vice-chairman of the Association of Travel Agencies
of the Czech Republic.
