Why study this program?

“The connection between practice and theory is crucial for the employment of students and graduates in the labor market, which is why we focus not only on high-quality teaching but also on its integration with professional practice,” says the program guarantor, Ing. Štěpán Chalupa, Ph.D. The teaching in the International Management and Marketing program is conducted not only by experienced and high-quality educators from the academic sphere but also by professionals from practice, who are involved in teaching by leading selected subjects or are invited to present on current topics.

Thanks to signed cooperation agreements with key players in the market, such as the Czech Trade and Tourism Association, the Association of Hotels and Restaurants, and the Association of Communication Agencies, students gain up-to-date knowledge and skills that will also be supported by mandatory semester-long professional practice.

Students can participate in extracurricular activities, excursions, seminars, and other meetings with industry professionals outside of their study plan. This allows students to profile themselves during their studies not only through the required course composition but also through numerous extracurricular activities.

 The study program is taught only in the Czech language.

    The study program International Management and Marketing is offered in two specializations (international tourism and digital marketing management), which offer seven professional specializations. Digital marketing Digital brand management Marketing and Public Relations (PR) International management and marketing Marketing and business in tourism Sales and marketing manager Hotel and spa manager
  • What do the individual professional orientations mean? +

    All professional specializations have a similar composition of the subject. However, in the higher subjects, the individual specializations in the offer of compulsory elective subjects differ, thanks to which the students focus on the selected area. For example, students of Digital Marketing take on the operation of online advertising, PPC campaigns and the like in more depth, while students of Marketing and Tourism in Business focus more on hotel and travel agency management, tourism marketing, etc.
